Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) Coming to Downtown Bartlesville
We have good news: Beginning July 7th, we’ll begin upgrading our downtown drive-thru with new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). These upgraded machines will give you more banking options while keeping the personal service you know and trust from Truity.
Our drive-thru is staying open during construction.
- Only two lanes will be closed at a time during construction
- The drive-thru will never fully close
What is an ITM?
If you haven’t had a chance to try our ITMs yet, they’re available at the Dewey drive-thru, the Highway 75 South branch drive-thru, and the walk-up machine at our Downtown branch. An ITM works a lot like an ATM, but with one major difference: you can speak directly to a Live Teller anytime by simply pushing the button on the screen.
Whether you have a question, need help with a transaction, or just prefer speaking with a person, a Live Teller will be ready to assist you.
Expanded Teller Access
Once the ITMs are fully operational, Live Teller assistance will be available during extended hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM- 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Outside of these hours, the machines will work as regular ATMs, without Live Teller assistance.
