Updates to How You Receive Security Codes for Digital Banking

We're updating the way some members receive their login codes.

What's changing?

Starting April 1, 2025, if you currently use the Authy App for your two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — the short code you enter after logging in — these codes will now be sent via text message or phone call.

You don't need to take any action unless you prefer to continue using an app for your authentication codes.

If you prefer using an app like Authy, Google Authenticator, or your phone's built-in authenticator, you'll need to reconfigure it in the Security Settings of your Digital Banking App.

This change only affects how you receive your login code. It does not change the way you log in to your Digital Banking App — the app you already use to check balances, pay bills, and manage your account.
