Do I have to enroll in Voice ID?
No, you do not have to enroll in Voice ID. If you choose not to enroll in Voice ID, we will require you to add a verbal password to your account, which we will use to authenticate you when you call in. This verbal password is different from your Online and Mobile Banking password, and you may already have one for your account. If you do not have one yet, you will be required to add one should you choose not to enroll in Voice ID.
